RETURN, REFUND, REVIEW AND AFFILIATE CREDIT  POLICY.

ORDER DISPATCH PROCESS.

Orders are dispatched via Auspost or express.
Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays)
Orders received by 2pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number after 5pm. We do Not ship to PO.Box’s
Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number, as this is an automated e-mail an often will go to spam or junk folder’s.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

Standard Shipping; post guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please use the contact form. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.

Express Shipping; postal guideline is within 1-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds due to the devices being a consumable item.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed.
Unfortunately products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.

REVIEW DISCOUNT PROCEDURE.

To receive the discount for leaving a review, You must be a registered customer, you must leave a review of a product you have purchased and used.

Once logged in, go to the product page of the product your going to review, click review and then leave your feedback. This then goes to the site admin for review and then a special 1 use code will be sent to you for 15% off your next order.

AFFILIATE PROGRAME.

For registered members, go to your account and click affiliate, from there you can apply to create your own discount coupon which gives 10% off and you will make $10 for every ORDER completed using that code.

Once the code is approved you can then generate multiple ways to create links and even your own QR code. Discount’s and product commissions are not paid on specials or sale items.
